I must have given you your first one> The mere mention of a chip butty, so beloved in the North used to bring protests of disgust and looks of horror from your Southern family 'til some saw the light, and I used to delight in shocking your father when I asked in some high-falutin' venue for a slice of bread and butter to accompany my Dover sole and french fries!

Truly missed you; it’s grand that you spent time away. This piece is splendid and full of life in your presentation of Uyen and your connection πŸ’™. I’m mostly vegan and always go for a gussied up tofu in yummy treatments. I can devour a really firm chunk plain. BUT, I eat lots of things simply prepared given my propensity to over consume. Nothing like a special fancy meal though.

Oh the joys of chip butty, I think we used to put salt and vinegar crisps in them too πŸ˜‚back in the states so missing my Brit food , and about to finish succession tonight , we have 3 episodes left

We’re off to Skopelos on Friday for a much needed two weeks r&r..... might not manage a chip butty at the local tavernas, (gyros and chips being a personal fave), but will do my best when no one’s looking......!πŸ‡¬πŸ‡·
