Lovely to see you again! And that cake sounds amazing. I have to say I like using my phone. When you live on your own it’s like having connection with people all the time which I really appreciate. And I have got used to needing to check missile alerts all the time in Ukraine, although very thankful for our peaceful skies back here!
Thanks Felicity. And don’t get me wrong, I love my phone too. I just needed to create a bit of distance from it - especially with two little ones as I hate being on it around them. But not suggesting we all chuck our phones in the sea, they are amazing things. I just wanted to feel in my power with it a bit more, which I think reading that book helped me with.
Congratulations on the birth of your new (not so new now!) bambino. Awful to lose your friend, I lost a friend to C last winter…. Sad to see you leaving your lovely home, but excited to see your new one too. Take care, love and light to you and yours. Xx

Oh I can imagine life with two small ones is totally different - you don’t have any quiet time to yourself I’m sure!
